They provide a premium quality range of orthopaedic and bone health devices and surgical consumables, including some innovative, unique and niche products and an exciting opportunity currently exists for a strategic, driven, and new business-focussed orthopaedics sales professional to help open new doors and take their business in the UK to the next level.

THE ROLE: The successful Commercial Manager will enjoy a strategic, autonomous role in which they will be working closely with the company’s sales team and creating an environment in which the team can grow their business. A varied role including tenders, NHS frameworks, even things like working with supply chain on coding etc. Typical customer contact will be KOL surgeons, procurement and your colleagues in sales. Due to the specialist and new business nature of the role, it is essential that candidates have orthopaedics sales experience and examples of new business wins. This is a great role for an orthopaedics salesperson looking for that “next step”. Full product training will be provided and earning potential is very attractive, as is their culture / ethos.

The Package for Commercial Manager:

  • Basic: £45,000 to £50,000
  • Commission: £8,000 to £10,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or £650 pm allowance
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, Mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
