The Role: We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager for this internationally renowned, business intelligence provider. The role is a key position within the commercial account management function. The company are looking for someone who can use experience in sales, business development or account management to look after a portfolio of 50 existing customers in the financial and professional service sectors. The coming years are going to be a very busy time as this organisation look to grow significantly, and this person will play a role in maintaining current accounts as well as targeting them with new product offerings during that time. In normal circumstances the role will be split between home, their new City office and face to face meetings with your clients.

As Client Relationship Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Management and retention of a base of existing accounts

· Retention and renewal of Business Intelligence licenses

· Delivering a first-class customer experience to clients

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· 2 years+ of sales, or account management experience

· Experience of a subscription or license-based sales model

· Diligent, thorough, and confident character
