Client Director – Financial Services – New York
• Manging Tier 1 Capital Markets and Financial Services Clients
• Selling Software Engineering Services
• $10m ARR of these accounts
Up to $200k + $100k OTE uncapped
A worldwide giant in the Software Engineering space – offer a range of services including building software platforms, CX design and software products in the Technology, Media, Manufacturing, Transportation and Financial Services spaces. With over 5000 employees around the world, turnover in excess of $500m and multiple innovation centres located across the USA, UK, Eastern Europe and India. Their offerings are so good that despite contracts typically being 3 years, most clients have been working with them for 10 years+ now.
Predominantly a Client facing position looking after Tier 1 accounts in the Financial Services and Capital Markets space. This will require a lot time spent in New York (post COVID) as you get to understand the needs of the clients more and how you can support them. Despite managing these huge accounts there is an element of new business to this role and you will be expected to onboard some new logos alongside managing these clients.
You’re going to need good experience either selling Software Engineering Services / Digital Transformation Services or working within the FS / Capital Markets – if you have all of this then great but it’s not necessary! A track record of closing multi million dollar deals over multiple year contracts is vital. An engaging approach to sales is important, to build the best relationship with the client, you’ll need to not only understand their requirements but why they need this support.
