Business Development Manager — Construction Products – £45k

The Role: Business Development Manager covering the West Midlands and Wales selling window automation products for use on commercial buildings into architects, M&E consultants and specialist installers liaising with project engineers, designers and architects. You will have support from the telemarketing team and be targeting the larger spending accounts. The role is 60% existing and 40% new business. Requirements: To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you must have:

  • Construction sales experience, ideally with a heavyside product
  • Sold through specification
  • Self-motivation, drive and autonomy

The Package for the Business Development Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000 – £45,000
  • Bonus / OTE: 25%
  • Car: Car or car allowance

Location: The position of Business Development Manager covers Stoke, Telford, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Dudley, Hereford, Worcester, Gloucester, Wales and the surrounding area.
