As Business Development Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling a range of business services into a wide range of markets, including FMCG, Media, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Sports. Building relationships with MD's, Learning and Development Managers, HR teams and Sales teams, you will be able to offer a range of training solutions to your end user clients. Upon joining as Business Development Sales Manager, the role will focus on converting new business opportunities that you have found through proactive searches and leads passed from an internal team.

Building relationships with MD’s, Learning and Development Managers, HR teams and Sales teams, you will be able to offer a range of training solutions to your end user clients. Upon joining as Business Development Sales Manager, the role will focus on converting new business opportunities that you have found through proactive searches and leads passed from an internal team. Over time once you have established yourself, the role will develop into more of an account management position and there will be huge potential throughout the country to continue building on this.

THE PERSON: In order to be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager it would be ideal if you had previously or are currently selling training, however this is not a pre-requisite. Our client will also consider those candidates who have sold a service into businesses and this can be from any sector as full comprehensive training will be on offer to the successful candidate. Our client is looking for an individual to come on board who is motivated, passionate, and confident candidate and who is looking for that next step in their career.

  • Basic: £30,000 – £40,000
