£45-£50k base, OTE £80-£90k uncapped
A leading playing in the WFH software space with annual revenue exceeding £20m. They simplify and help reduce the costs of running remote teams whilst increasing productivity and emphasising the important of staff well-being. They are officially a scale-up and are seeing growth amongst many divisions.
Focusing on Enterprise deals solely, your role will be to navigate your way around dormant accounts and turn them into new business. You will be closing roles up to £50k, exceeding that value you will have the full support of one of the Account Executives to coach you through and assist in closing larger sized deals. Predominantly your focus will be on speaking with Operations Directors and CIO’s.
The type of person that will succeed in this role will have three key characteristics; coachable, the ability to understand how you are helping the customer solve their problems and a very high EQ. You could be an SDR looking for that first opportunity to step into a closing or a BDM who is looking for a new start.
