THE COMPANY: A unique opportunity to join this relatively new, innovative and rapidly growing organisation. They are launching a unique new device, related consumables and IT solutions for use within colorectal surgery and are currently seeking to recruit a driven, autonomous, new business-focussed surgical sales professional to launch and grow their business within in the Midlands.
THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a rare, autonomous role and be winning, managing and nurturing key clinical and commercial relationships within hospitals, who are already making very positive noises about the products. Typical contact level will be surgeons, gastroenterologists and procurement. To be considered for this outstanding, genuinely exciting role, candidates must have surgical sales experience, ideally with documented new business success. Whilst not essential, experience with colorectal surgeons will enhance your application. Career and earning prospects within the company, especially with it being at such an embryonic stage, are outstanding and full product training and company induction will be provided.
The Package for Business Development Manager:
- Basic: £40,000 to £45,000
- Commission: £25,000+ uncapped
- Car: £500 per month allowance
- Benefits: Pension, lunch, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
