JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager – Customer Experience ( CX ) SaaS
PACKAGE: $100-140k Basic + SUPER + OTE $250-300k
This business has been helping clients to improve customer experience in the ANZ / APAC regions for 15 years. They are the preferred partner for a range of software vendors who specialise in solutions which drive contact centres, create voice, text and social communications and build multi-platform support communities

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong working knowledge of cloud / SaaS Solutions
- IT / Tech sales experience in a must
- Commercially Savvy sales people who can put together a complex deal
- Ideally, you’ll come from a small business where the culture is all about rolling your sleeves up and making things happen
- This role will suit someone energetic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- It’s a fast-paced environment with demanding (and friendly!) client; you need to be able to react quickly
- The team is close, and they enjoy fun and banter in the office – they are looking for candidates who don’t take themselves too seriously
- You be working in a space where the company is very well known
- Leads are provided and you’ll be expected to be proactive and grow you own pipeline
- Target clients include Banks, Retailers, Telcos, Online businesses and Federal Government

- Full training is given, and they pride themselves on a leading onboarding process
- Deal sizes are in the hundreds of thousands and typically include SaaS subscription and professional services
- Deals are fairly lucrative, and you’ll have the chance to keep the accounts that you win and drive on-going business from them
