The Role: As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting for new business together with the management of a portfolio of existing accounts. Â Directly selling to Buyers, Directors, Risk Managers, Quality Control Managers etc. you will be rewarded well for hitting your KPIâ€™s with a lucrative commission scheme as well having access to a clear career path within a huge group.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a field sales environment, preferably selling business services, however more importantly be highly structured and adaptable to complex solution based selling.Â You will have strong negotiation skills, a driven attitude and a passion for client development. You must be polished in presentation and strong in face to face presentations.
Location:Â Applications are invited to candidates living in Scotland and the North East of England.
Â£35,000 – Â£45,000 Basic Salary
Â£50,000 OTE â€” uncapped bonus
