From front of wall bathroom products, kitchen benchtops/accessories to their glass and glazing products, they have bespoke solutions allowing them to meet the needs of demanding contractors.

Your Role:

Your role as a Business Development Manager is to directly sell the company’s range of products to tier 1 and 2 commercial builders (i.e., Lendlease, Hutchinson, Multiplex etc…). Your day would involve walking onsite and talking to project managers, site managers, and estimators. You will be using software programs and existing contacts to chase new commercial projects. You will be working alongside the Commercial Manager who knows the target market inside and out!

You will come with strong contacts and relationships within the commercial building space (tier 1-2 builders). A proven track record in winning commercial projects is essential. The most important component of success when applying for this position is your ability to demonstrate passion and drive within building and construction game. You’ll be working with Tier 1 accounts who will expect you provide a level of expertise for the industry.. Outstanding sales professionals with a sold knowledge of the Commercial building game will be considered. Sales targets are based around retention and growth of the accounts, therefore a client is looking for a stand out candidate who understands how to build and develop new relationships.
