The Role: For this Business Development Manager will be largely prospecting new business through door knocking, cold calling and following up on leads, also managing existing accounts and upselling within them. You will be selling branded haircare products including shampoos, conditioners and colourants, targeting independent, regional and national salons, you will typically be dealing with managers, owners and senior stylists.

The Company: Our client is a £32 million leading company, who stock all the leading names and brands in the professional hair and beauty industry, selling solely to the trade at competitive prices. They have been operating for nearly 45 years, with a workforce of over 340 in the UK, who are looking to expand their sales team due to continued growth and success! We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Strong field sales experience is required
  • Current beauty industry experience is desirable
  • Clean Driving Licence
