We’re recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join BMS Performance in our Weybridge offering:

  • £30k-£35k basic + £10k-£15k OTE, uncapped commission

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and managing our client relationships and forging partnerships with UK based organisations selling our recruitment and talent consultancy solutions. Business development in the 2020s is all about targeted, tactical outreach and our dedicated suite of business technology and software is designed to help accelerate your positive outreach to the clients who really need and value our help.
