They want someone home based that can build new business relationships with clients but also has the ability to operate with a structured process and evidence your success at account based selling. You will be home based and know what it takes to motivate yourself, the flip side is you can walk the dog and hang out the washing if you have to and once in a while maybe walk the kids to school! Either which way you will be the kind of sales person who is on their email at odd times delivering the number because your employer trusts you to do so.
