The Role:

You’ll be primarily focused around hunting for new businesses and they will give you a small base of existing clients to get started and build your knowledge. Clients typically spend up to $5-10k per month on a contractual basis, so you’ll be building long-lasting relationships.

Leads are provided and you’ll be expected to generate some of your own clients through outbound prospecting activity. The business is set up for sales people to succeed and you’ll be given all the support to really thrive.

Clients will typically be a range of household names and dynamic smaller business who want to extend their reach and you’ll be a trusted advisor to their senior people.

The Candidate:

  • They are looking for a blend of the following attributes and skills:
  • Experience of selling digital solutions is preferred but not essential
  • Solution sales people with 3-5 years’ experience ideally
  • You’ll need to be switched on, highly coachable and energetic
  • This role needs a hunter who can build creative value propositions for new clients
  • Fun candidates who can wear several hats and contribute to the overall success of the business
