A record of success in B2B sales

Previous experience selling into corporate customers is a huge plus (banks, legal, consulting etc)

A skilled relationship builder and exceptional communication skills.

If you have worked for a SaaS business, eLearning company, or conversely sold to HR audiences, it will be an advantage but it is not a prerequisite.

A genuine interest in being part of a post-start-up environment and looking to grow the business exponentially.

Ever since the Brexit decision I have found myself seeking out all things that are British to support our economy in the best way possible, so it’s nice to work with a British firm that is working successfully in the UK and internationally. They provide a number of solutions to a wide range of markets with one single ingredient of success – they partner with every client and not just sell to them! With this value at their core, they have grown rapidly in recent years. They want to keep this success rate by bringing in an additional business development manager who is consultative, sophisticated and very much a self-starter, to be part of this vibrant team. The rewards are immense including a mature approach to getting the best out of their employees and an environment which is both fun and rewarding in quality of life. Based in West London you can have the best of both worlds, working in London and a parking space!!
