Business Development Manager

Location: London, UK (3 days per week in office)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus £20,000 - £25,000 uncapped OTE

The Role: Our client, a leading company within the Law industry, is seeking a proven, confident, and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in London.

Tasked with landing and expanding new clients, the Senior Business Development Manager will be instrumental in increasing average order values, and driving license sales.

Responsibilities include:

* Leveraging proven self-generation techniques, the Senior Business Development Manager will actively prospect leading Law Firms on a global scale.

* Adopting a consultative sales approach, the Senior Business Development Manager will establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers within marketing departments, including Chief Marketing Officers and Global Heads of Marketing.

* Assuming responsibility for the entire new business sales cycle, the Senior Business Development Manager will engage in prospecting, pitching, and closing new licenses. The Senior BDM will then retain these self-won relationships.

* Focusing on their designated base of accounts, which initially consist of small order values, the Senior Business Development Manager will transform these accounts into high-value ones.

* Drawing upon their extensive experience in new business acquisition and growing accounts, the Senior Business Development Manager will exceed new business targets and enjoy uncapped-on-target earrings.

Requirements: We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* 5+ years of B2B new business and account management experience is required.

* Knowledge of the legal sector is desirable but not necessary.

* Previous experience using Salesforce is desirable but not necessary.
