The Role: The exciting role of Business Development Manager is a new growth opportunity for an instantly recognisable brand within the bathroom product sector. You will be covering North London, Herts, Beds, Bucks and Essex. In this role, the Business Development Manager will be selling three core ranges of sanitaryware such as sinks, toilets, baths, showers, and taps used in small commercial & residential projects across the South East. You will be dealing with Installers, Plumbers, and Contractors who are working on such projects and pulling that sale through a network of Builders Merchants, Plumbing Wholesalers, and Bathroom Showrooms.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Have some experience in B2B sales or have been on a sales graduate scheme
  • A hunger, desire, and passion to learn
  • Understanding of the sales process
  • Clear communicator both written and verbal
  • Team player, organised, and have strong sales potential
  • Full & Clean Driving licence

Salary: £27,000-33,000 basic salary + 30% OTE + Car/Allowance + Pension + healthcare + 25 days holiday
