Your Career: Are you a Business Development Manager with flooring experience looking to work for a market leader? The Role: The Business Development Manager will be required to sell a project based flooring solution to architects and designers with an already established large account base, purely dealing with new projects. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for selling to flooring contractors so being versatile for this type of role is key.

The Company: A reputable and respected company with a century of experience is looking to expand and bring on a new Business Development Manager. They have plans to become market leaders, manufacturing a range of modular carpet flooring including tiles, sheets and planks, for use in commercial, leisure and public sector projects.

For this Business Development Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Proven field sales track record
  • You will have sold an interiors product into architects, designers or interior contractors
  • Structured, personable and confident individuals do well here

Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
  • £35,000 - £38,000 base salary
  • + £10,000 Commission Year One, £15,00 Year Two
