The business development manager will be responsible for selling modular building hire solutions. Contacting site managers, regional direct managers, procurement managers from contractors on site, education, retail and utilities sectors, you will be responsible for 70% new business and be given a portfolio of accounts to manage. This is a full-time role, looking for candidates who are hungry with a proven track record.

The Role: The business development manager will be responsible for selling modular building hire solutions. The Company: We are representing a £2BN turnover group committed to developing modular space and secure storage solutions across the UK. Their branches cover a national network, supplying storage containers, portable showers, temp offices, fence hire and fire-rated buildings. They are now looking for a salesperson with new business experience. You must be driven, personable and relationship builder.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have new business experience with proven track record
  • Construction background ideal
  • Driven, personable and relationship builder
  • Driving license

Location: Dartford, Bromley, Croydon, Sevenoaks, Sidcup

Package: £35k basic, plus £8-10k OTE (UNCAPPED)
