This manufacturer specialises in the design and installation of specialist flooring solutions to the commercial/residential market. Their investment in research and development has allowed them to stay ahead of their competitors and provide on-trend premium quality products to their clients around Australia.

Role

Covering Sydney Metro, this is a full life cycle sales role involving winning commercial specifications from the design community and following through to both the builders and end-users. Your portfolio of clients is diverse and ranges from blue chip workplaces, premium retail and hospitality, through to high-end residential projects. Due to the nature of this role it is essential that you can sell at all levels of decision makers – from architects through to project managers and site managers.

Skills & Experience

A proven track record of specification sales is advantageous but not essential. You could be selling roofing, tiles, stone, appliances, walling, air conditioning, facades or any other exterior commercial specification product. As some of the product range can be quite technical you must have a strong technical aptitude to pick up the product although comprehensive product training and technical support will be provided.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is well-presented, articulate and can demonstrate key successes within the commercial specification market. You will have strong business acumen and be looking for a challenging yet rewarding career path. You also need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and can work autonomously.

Benefits

You will be rewarded with a base salary of $85k, a company car or car allowance, superannuation and an uncapped commission.
