Business Development Executive – Recruitment Advertising – 28k OTE 44k – Home based

  • Candidates must be prepared to travel to Central London 2- 3 days a month.

Package & benefits

Basic salary £24,500 – £28000

Commission £16,000 per annum (uncapped, paid monthly)

The role:

As a BDE you are the front line commercial driver of the business. You are representing trusted, market leading brands that deliver for their client base. Your role is to generate business through maximising and sourcing new revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

Excellent communication skills are essential – face to face, verbal and written. You’ll be confident and engaging, with strong executive rapport, and comfortable dealing with all levels of seniority.

You will be able to demonstrate a competitive and resilient attitude with a desire to be successful within this challenging but very rewarding environment.

Full and ongoing bespoke training and development program, previous sales experience is not essential.
