As a Trainee Business Development Executive you will be working as part of the established IT Sales team. Seen as the pinnacle division within the group, your role will be to identify, win and retain clients.
This will be achieved by proactive telephone prospecting, gaining and attending face to face meetings and working closely with BMS’ existing clients to introduce the recruitment services & solutions of BMS.
Sectors Covered include: SaaS, Software, Digital Transformation, Outsourcing, Managed Services. As well as being part of an experienced team, you will have a more senior “buddy” who will help you in the day to day activities.
We seek talented, polished and articulate sales professionals, capable of both new-business generation as well as account-development. Experience in a similar environment and / or understanding of the pressure and demands of a sales environment is desirable.
Both field sales and internal sales backgrounds will be considered along with applicants with the right attitude but limited experience.

The Package of Account Manager / Business Development:
- £20-25,000 depending upon experience with realistic uncapped OTE
