The Role: For this Business Development Executive role, you will be responsible for generating new business through LinkedIn, cold calling and following up on leads, booking appointments for the field based BDM. Selling benefit and reward services including childcare vouchers, retail gift vouchers and reward schemes, you will be targeting a range of businesses with over 500 core employees, contacting HR directors and managers.

  • Starting salary of between £18-24,000
  • Plus £5-6K commission

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Outbound telesales experience
  • Competitive, driven and money motivated
  • Clean driving License
