The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by taking a strategic approach to prospecting mid-market and corporate size organisations. To start out with the Business Development Director will have an existing pipeline of sales to close that are currently at various stages of the sales process. Moving on from that the Business Development Director will focus fully on generating new business opportunities, engaging with decision makers such as FD’s, Procurement and Facilities Directors. This is a highly consultative sales role, solution led and the sales cycle is in excess of 6 months. An average week will consist of 4 days working from home with 1 day spent in the office in London.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have sold a service or solution to mid-market or corporate end users
  • Must have sold to procurement, finance or facilities decision makers
  • Minimum of 7 years B2B sales experience
  • Must be willing to travel to London once per week
