Business Analyst (Business Intelligence Analyst/CRM Management skills)

Office based – Staffordshire

Our client is recruiting a Business Analyst to work closely within the Sales and Marketing to analyse, forecast and provide critical business data and support to help drive decision making at all levels of the business.

The role will also involve maintenance of CRM/BI analytical tools with its databases.

Day to day will be report running, data analysis, general business analysis support to the Sales and Marketing team and you will be the go to expert for data management matters for the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for technical issues for the companies CRM system based on Salesforce.com
  • Manage the adoption of the CRM and continued Project Management of the system
  • Create reports in Power BI that cross reference CRM and Sales Data
  • Lead requirements gathering process in UK and Ireland for CRM and BI project ti be fed to the Global CRM Manager
  • Manage suppler relationships and cost budgets
  • Create meaningful and accurate reports for tracking the business KPIs
  • Desig and calculate sales teams incentives, target settings and bonus metrics
  • Implement GDPR compliance measures

Essential:

  • Strong analytical skills to create informative and engaging BI Dashboards from sales to executive teams
  • Manage IT systems
  • Understand Power BI and Salesforce.com administration
  • Excellent MS Excel (inc pivot tables), Word, Access, PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to train sales team on new features of CRM team
