The Solution:

Providing tier one ASX businesses with software and consultancy solutions spanning the digital transformation lifecycle. Their products and services encompass a wide range of solutions for customer experience including AI, Machine Learning and automation. Whilst there are plenty of buzzwords out there our client truly understands how to drive value from data often held deep within legacy systems. Solutions are typically highly complex / bespoke offerings and the door is often open by smaller, more agile wins.

The Role:

· ‘Win and keep’ new business role with incoming leads

· Selling enterprise software and consultancy services

· Engaging with C-Level decision makers

· Leads are a mix of inbound, networked or self-generated

· Winning deals of between $500k – $2m++

· Target verticals (with reference ‘stories’) include Insurance, Construction, Aviation, Energy/utilities and not for profit.

· Working across multiple stakeholders to create value

· Targets will be very realistic with the capacity to significantly over-achieve

The Candidate

This role will suit a highly energetic salesperson who understands how to sell enterprise solutions. You’ll be given full support in order to get up to speed as quickly as possible although they are looking for self-starters who will roll their sleeves up. They are looking for candidates with several years in enterprise sales although less experienced candidates in the tech sector will be considered. This is a fast-growth, dynamic business and they are looking for candidates who are keen to be part of a less structured environment where an ‘all in’ mindset is required.
