THE COMPANY: This still relatively new organisation have enjoyed consistent growth since they were formed thanks to great products, a driven team and a focus on patient outcomes. They provider of a range of head and neck products for use in theatre and clinic settings within both NHS and private settings and an exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, hungry, autonomous and organised surgical sales professional to take their business to the next level in the South London / South Thames area.

THE ROLE: As Area Sales Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy and autonomous and varied role and be working in both theatre and clinic settings within NHS and private hospitals, liaising typically with surgeons, consultants, theatre teams, speech and language therapists and there will also be some patient contact. Candidates must have a proven, stable and successful track record in a surgical / theatre-based discipline and preference will go to those who have experience within ENT, Neurospine or Plastics / Maxillofacial. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive indeed – with a genuinely realistic opportunity of a high achiever being promoted into a more senior role within the organisation as it continues to succeed and grow.

The Package for Area Sales Manager:

  • Basic: £45,000 to £54,000
  • Bonus £20,000 to £25,000+ uncapped
  • Car: BMW 5 Series M Sport or equivalent
