The Role: Based from home in the North West, the new area sales executive will be selling into a wide range of customers including water companies, contractors, manufacturers and industrial companies; you could be talking to the owner of a small company one day and project managers and purchasers in a large multi-national the next, as well as dealing with maintenance engineers and health & safety managers. You will inherit some excellent accounts on your patch and the area sales executive will also be tasked with business development activities.

The Company: Our client is a leading independent organisation now recruiting a new Area Sales Executive. They have over fifty years of expertise in the provision of a quality range of pipelines and fittings, as well as a vast range of fasteners, tools, PPE, adhesives and electrical switches & sockets. Renowned for their product expertise and support, they also provide full product training.

For this Area Sales Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have sold in a B2B space
  • Excellent relationship building and account management skills are vital
  • You will be a great organiser with a structured and resilient approach
