The Role: Selling to a wide variety of commercial customers, this development officer role is to consult with the employees of large businesses in order to effectively sell tailor made health care packages. The new development officer will spend time in the corporate, commercial and retail sectors, selling to employees within their business directory.
The Company: This large UK provider of health care packages is expanding its sales force; they have enjoyed steady growth for many years and are strengthening their presence in the market place by recruiting an additional Account Sales Executive in the North.
Your Career: A full company induction is offered and there are realistic opportunities here to move into key account or business development management roles once you have proved yourself. In addition, the uncapped commission scheme sees their top performer earn in excess of £35k commission per annum!
For this Account Sales Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong sales potential
- You will come from a B2C or B2B sales background
- Tenacious, hungry and driven sales people are sought
- You will have a big personality, plenty of confidence and the ability to succeed in a tough marketplace
- £20-25k Base Salary
- + £10-20k Uncapped Commission
- Fully Expensed Company Car
