The Role: We are excited to be recruiting for a vital role within the client management and operational side of one of the UK’s fastest growing and best regarded financial consultancies. This role sits across sales, operations and partnerships and requires someone to manage end clients and referral partners to optimise revenue and retention. Your primary focus will be focused around existing end clients – you will be responsible for the seamless transition from sales to client delivery as well as ensuring the client renews their relationship each year. In addition to this you will also be responsible for managing a partnership network made up of law firms, accountants and brokers who pass business to the company.

Operating in the exciting area of R+D tax reclaim and optimisation, they help their clients to improve the financial performance of their business without affecting day to day operations. Based from central London they have a strong track record of success in the technology, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. They have seen repeated year on year growth since 2016 and are now looking for an Account Manager to ensure clients are serviced to a high quality and future business is secure.

As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Retaining a base of pre-existing customers
  • Managing and optimising relationships with referral partners
  • Meeting with clients and partners to ensure the relationship is maintained effectively

For this Account Manager role:

  • 2-5 years experience in a b2b sales, client management or customer success
  • Highly organised, structured, and professional
  • Degree education or above
