- With larger targets set for 2019, they are looking to hire an experienced internal Account Manager from the IT/Cyber Security Industry for their Cork office
- They provide cyber security services to keep your organisation’s network secure, including; a hybrid cloud security solution, network defence and an endpoint offering.
The Role: As a Renewals Account Manager, your primary focus will be on the renewal of existing customer contracts. The role will be account management, dealing with an existing customer base. Your primary focus will be on the German market, so fluent German is essential. You will also upsell other services from the company’s extensive portfolio of cyber security services. You will liaise with several decision-makers, from IT Managers/Directors to the Security Department. This is an internal, office-based role where you will work as part of a team to ensure the continuous success and growth of the business. Some of their customers include 45 of the top 50 Fortune Global 500 companies.
THE PERSON: Customer service experience is essential for this role, ideally within the IT and Software industry. Cybersecurity experience is desirable but not essential. Fluent spoken and written German is essential as you will be responsible for account renewals in Germany. You will be confident, personable and target driven, with a hunger to succeed. You will also be a team-player with a can-do attitude.
- €40-50K Base Salary
