$80,000 – $90,000 Base + Super + $12k Car Allowance + bonus

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity to step into a hybrid role of new business and account management across a great portfolio of customers in Perth and South Australia. You will be based from Perth and need to be able to work autonomously and when borders open travel to South Australia monthly.

You will be focusing on Libraries (Public and Academic) selling a range of software tools that will enable a range of increased capability with the overall message being driving user and customer experience.

This will be a very autonomous position and will suit an organized, structured sales person who can manage their time efficiently.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Drive lead generation and win new accounts.
  • Sell all product lines, hardware, software, subscriptions and services.
  • Present new products to all accounts in the territory.
  • Daily CRM management to forecast sales pipeline, prepare quotes etc

The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have sold a product or solution to the education market previously – this could be technology, publishing, online content etc.

Candidates with a degree will be looked on favorably, however this isn’t essential.

You will need to have previously held a client facing sales role where you’ve done a hybrid of new business development along with account management and be able to talk through in detail how you’ve performed against sales targets, KPI’s, show how you’ve grown accounts etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
