THE ROLE: Working from home you will manage an established client base which consists of corporates businesses, healthcare, government and learning and development institutes.
You will liaise with managers and directors from varies departments which include HR, learning & development and talent acquisition.
This is a consultative sale where you will be responsible for devising a strategic plan to maintain and growing key accounts whilst developing new revenue streams from crossing and upselling whilst identify new business opportunities.

THE APPLICANT: You will be a self-starter, target driven, and client focussed. You will build long-term relationship with ease and have a consultative approach to sales.
Ideally you will have worked in recruitment, learning & development and have a keen interest in psychology.
A comprehensive training programme will be undertaken prior to getting out on the road in front of customers.

BENEFITS OF THIS ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:

  • €35,000 – €40,000 Basic Salary
  • + €10,000 Uncapped Commission
