THE COMPANY: Exciting times for this well-established, growing organisation who provide competitively priced, quality products. They supply a range of woundcare, debridement, bandaging and compression hosiery for use within community/primary care environments. They are currently seeking to recruit a commercially focused, strategic, relationship manager to influence senior NHS teams and procurement within the East Midlands area.

THE ROLE: The Account Manager role is responsible for maintaining existing business and developing the opportunity for regional business partnerships in CCGS – key products are compression and advanced wound dressings. Main points of contact are tissue viability nurses, medicines management teams, procurement, clinical pharmacy teams, district nurses. This is a commercial role with a split of virtual working at home and some face to face meetings out in field.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE COULD BE FROM THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUNDS:

  • Successful track record in high level selling, stakeholder management and working on tenders.
  • A successful, high performing, business to business sales professional selling to NHS or Public Sector contacts

All candidates will need to be:

  • A competent relationship builder with an ability to work on commercial packages and present these face to face or virtually.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic: up to £43k

Bonus: £10-15k OTE

Car: Fully expensed company car or allowance
