My client is a megalithic organisation, recently been the subject of a major merger in their field, who provide comprehensive informational, technology services and thought leadership to the worlds largest Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical organisations. The myriad of offerings that make up their value proposition is substantial and the mechanics of communicating that to the client is a challenge so a system of brokerage and mediation exists. This is composite of Account Managers, who operate as client specialists, it's their job to have a granular understanding of their discreet number of accounts, what are their challenges and what are they trying to achieve? They then relay this information to the various teams within the business to formulate a roadmap and solution plan. My Client is currently hiring for that Account Manager role, you'll need to be consultative, problem solving and a keen relationship builder. Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical understanding is a prerequisite but it does help. This organisation has a high level of employee satisfaction and a low attrition rate. KEY EXPERIENCE

Experience of managing accounts totalling to $5-10m revenues
Ideally has an understanding of the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical vertical spaces, although not essential
Ability to build client and internal relationships to achieve their goals
Can successfully expand the scope of product and services in their given accounts
Healthy, proactive attitude with a high level of energy
