Your role will be to engage with both new and existing Utility sector customers to secure new managed service business. A significant part of the role is to manage a number of existing framework contracts and you will be responsible for managing and securing the contract sales pipeline.

Required experience for the Account Director role

  • Have some market experience in the telecom, utilities, transport or CNI industries
  • Have strong customer facing skills and have a professional manner
  • Have good market analysis skills and be able to communicate well with the sales and ops team in the company
  • Have strong leadership skills to drive the Tier 1 accounts forwards and have good presentation skills
  • Have good documentation and response writing skills
  • Be self-managing and be able to set clear personal priorities
  • Be proficient in value-based sales and marketing
  • Good negotiating skills and commercial acumen
